Hello, This is a reply to rgs_uk about his comment/question. Could you please repeat your concerns in a new thread on the Classic TV forum, so archive contributors/members can discuss it further.
Subject: Public domain?
I don't think this IS in the public domain. It's true that copyright in UK TV broadcasts only lasts for 50 years. However, programmes like this include scripts and music which have their own copyright and where the duration is much longer (until 70 years after the death of the author).
